What does it cost?
Nothing!  First of all, Pioneer Property Management is in the business of managing residential rental property and we have decided to provide this website as a tool for use by private property owners as well as property managers.  We encourage its use by all of those who own and manage rental property.  This way we can present properties to tenants who are actively looking for properties.  This helps us all by providing a one-stop online resource for people to find rental property.  Those that are interested in professional property management can call 541-679-0148 (Roseburg) or 541-687-9090 (Eugene) or can view our websites online at www.PPMRoseburg.com  and www.PMEugene.com
 
Why should I place ads on www.RentMyHome.org ?

Exposure! The purpose of advertising your rental property is to rent properties quickly to the most qualified applicant. If no one knows about your property then it makes it nearly impossible to rent. Once you list your property on our site, it is emailed to all of our prospective tenants so that they know a new property has been listed.

 
What if I don’t have a digital camera or I just don’t have time?

We have just the solution for you!  In areas were we have a local office, we will be happy to meet with you, take photos of your property, gather necessary details, see what your needs are and then post your property online at www.RentMyHome.org for you at a minimal flat charge.  Additional charges may apply for properties that are more than 15 miles from our local areas (Currently Eugene and Roseburg, Oregon). Once you compare this service to your local newspaper, you’ll find it’s quite a bargain.

 
How many pictures can I upload to each ad?

You can upload up to 10 photos per rental listing; virtual tours are also available for an additional charge through www.Fotan.net . As a tip, you will want to upload all pictures horizontally to ensure that they appear correctly.

 
Is it easy?
Yes! Once you create an account on www.RentMyHome.org you will be able add properties for rent, both commercial and residential listings. We are confident that you will find that it’s pretty self explanatory; we can also assist you over the phone or by email.
 
Why place an ad for my properties online?

The internet is a huge resource!  People are most likely to rent properties that they can initially see and gather information online. Print ads have become too expensive and pale in comparison to the content rich listings that are provided on such sites as ours at: www.RentMyHome.org. In addition, most out-of-town prospective tenants will not search local papers for rental listings.  Tenants have found that by searching online they can find sites like ours, with photos and details, to help them find a new home faster and save money by not having to do so much driving around.  

 
How do I change the information in my ads, or update my profile?

Log into our website using your email address and the password that you chose when you first registered. Once you have logged in, you can change any of the details of your rental listing; price, deposit; square footage etc., so that your property is always up to date.  You can also edit your contact information if you have an additional phone number, fax or email that may have changed.

 
What do I do once my property is rented?

Just log into your account and go to “my page”, click on the link for your property and uncheck the active box.  This will remove your property from the active list, but will not remove it from the database.  That way next time you have a vacancy, log back in and click the active box and your property will re-list.

 
After I place an ad, how long until people can find it on the internet?

Instantly! As soon as you list your property as active, your listings are live!  For those that have multiple properties you can even add them to your account, but keep them inactive until they are ready to be rented.

 
Can I make a printable flyer?
Yes!  Open up the details page of your listing and then click the printable flyer button. A detailed page including a small map will printout.  You will want to print the background colors for best results.  If your description is too long you may want to consider making it shorter so it will all fit on one page.
 
How do people contact me if they are interested in my property?

It is entirely up to you!  There are several ways to have prospective tenants reach you.  It all depends on what information you provide when you create your account.  You can list any combination of phone numbers and/or email addresses.
